Make up to $150,000 before your book is published . . .

Do you realize that the moment you decide to write a book, you can begin to leverage that fact to attract new clients and revenue? Here are three of John's ultra-simple ways to create income from your book before it is published:

1. Turn every email you send into a client magnet. Start by creating an email signature that announces you are writing a book. Then place your book title into your signature like this: Author of the forthcoming book, YOUR BOOK TITLE HERE.

It's that simple. Jeanna Pool created such a signature and reported, "I got two new clients and $25,000 in income, all within 30 days of starting my book. It took just three minutes to implement John Eggen's simple technique."

2. Turn all your introductions into business magnets. Announce the title and subtitle of your forthcoming book in all the prepared introductions made by you or others when you speak, make presentations, etc. Also include this announcement in your marketing materials, on your website, in your bio, in your media kit, etc.

Kathleen Holland tested this simple tip while she was writing the first draft of her book. "In just 4 months," she reported, "I booked an extra $48,000 in fees to me. Now I have more inquiries for my coaching programs than I can handle."

3. Put your elevator speech or audio logo on steroids. You can add news about your forthcoming book into your elevator speech, your audio logo, etc. and automatically attract more business.

Independent professional Michael Cannon reports the following results from using this simple method: "I've been getting 30-40% more first meetings with CEO prospects and a 25% increase in closings. I've also been getting less negotiation on price, because they perceive me as an authority."
